Why La-Z-Boy furniture is better: the
inside story
Nothing is created without your comments.
All new La-Z-Boy designs are "customer driven." That means that La-Z-Boy
listens to what you want, and then goes on to deliver fresh new designs
every single year.
Each La-Z-Boy frame is produced with on the finest kiln dried American
hardwoods and laminate, then carefully reinforeced with hardwood blocks,
doweling and steel braces. On these frames go highly resilient polyurethane
foam seat cushions.
In all of their sofas, love seats and chairs, either sinuous wire springing
or the patented La-Z-Coil spring system, exclusive to La-Z-Boy, is used.
These spring systems are designed for each piece individually. Their special
design provides just the right support for comfortable seating.
La-Z-Boy furniture stands more than the test of time.
La-Z-Boy recliner mechanisms are extended and retracted thousands of times
in our laboratory - the equivalent of decades of family use - before going
into production and into your home. The same rigorous testing is
applied to springs and seat cushions. An adult-size weight is dropped onto
a test chair or sofa 100,000 times or more, just to be sure the spring
systems and cushions remain smooth and firm for the years of use you'll
give them. This kind of arduous testing insures you not only buy La-Z-Boy
with confidence; it also means we sell their furniture with confidence
as well.
The fabric of La-Z-Boy
At any given time, you can choose from at least 1,500 fabrics. La-Z-Boy
leads the way by updating upholstery twice a year - adding as many as 250
new colors in a wide array of patterns with each update.
Each of these fabrics must live up to rigorous La-Z-Boy standards. In
fact, every piece is tested for its maximum resistance to wear, tear, abrasion, seam slippage and fading.
La-Z-Boy warrants something
besides consideration.
It's not enough that La-Z-Boy is committed to building only the highest
quality furniture. They also back each and every piece with their word.
All of the frames and mechanisms come with limited lifetime warranties.
Don't hesitate to ask - we at Tri Our Electric and furniture, an authorized
La-Z-Boy dealer will be glad to give you complete details on specific warranties.
Proudly made in America.
La-Z-Boy furniture is made all across America by people dedicated to providing you with the precision product you've come to expect from them. Their craftspeople take great pride in their work. It's no wonder: their hands ultimately build comfort and quality into every piece of La-Z-Boy furniture we sell.
La-Z-Boy Recliners
Way back in 1928, Edwin Shoemaker and his cousin Edward Knabusch made history:
they invented the world's most comfortable chair. Since then, America has
been to the moon and back several times, the Internet changed everything,
and to this day nobody's been able to top what the two Eds invented all
those years ago.
And if you haven't seen La-Z-Boy lately, their good looks may pleasantly
surprise you. The La-Z-Boy Classics high-leg models don't even look like
recliners. They feature fine touches you'd find on furniture costing ten
times as much, such as legs carved in the classic ball-and-claw, Chippendale
or Queen Anne style.
You can even put a recliner where you don't have room for one: the Reclina-Way
chairs are ingeniously engineered to operate close to walls and corners
-- yet they take up no more room than ordinary chairs.
